Our Policies
Booking: A card on file is required to book.
New clients must pay a non-refundable 50% booking fee at the time of booking the appointment. This will go towards the cost of the service and can be transferred once if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment time. This booking fee will not be transferrable if it is your second time rescheduling or if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.
Late Policy: After 10 minutes late, there will be a $10 charge added to your service.
After 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, considered a no show, and will be charged as such. (If I have to reach out to you it is considered a no show!)
If you are going to be late please notify me ASAP!
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge equalling 50% of the service total.
After 2 last minute cancellations or one no call no show a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the service will be required.
No call no shows will result in a 75% charge of the service.
